Please read these terms carefully before using our B2B wholesale platform.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the B2B Ringy platform operated by INTORINGY OÜ (Registry Code: 16095681, VAT: EE102311943), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Business Accounts
Our platform is exclusively for business-to-business transactions. By creating an account, you represent that you are a registered business entity and authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organization. We reserve the right to verify your business credentials and may request additional documentation.
3. Products and Pricing
All products listed on our platform are refurbished electronic devices graded according to our published grading standards. Prices are subject to change without notice and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are binding once submitted and confirmed by our system. Payment terms are established during account setup and must be adhered to strictly. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination and order size. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Products must be returned in their original condition within the specified return window. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and may take up to 14 business days after inspection of returned items.
7. Warranty
All products come with a limited warranty as specified in the product description. Warranty claims must be submitted through our RMA process. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian and EU law, INTORINGY OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific products giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including logos, text, and images, is the property of INTORINGY OÜ or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of EU law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
